Starting from a digital advertising background, became managing director at Doubleclick Benelux for four years (1998-2002) and MD at Adlink (2002-2009) before crossing over to broadcasting industry to become Chief Digital Officer at RTL Netherlands (2009-2016), MD at ProSiebenSat1 (2017-2019) and Chief Transformation Officer at Talpa Network since 2019. Was one of the initiators of the Dutch Data Vault Foundation that wants to become a non-profit neutral facilitator for personal data stores in the Netherlands. The foundation was founded as an initiative of five major media companies in the Netherlands who want to do research and innovation together on personal data stores and their application in a viable business case.
