Digdir leads an EU-funded project, the NOBID Consortium, which will pilot the EU’s digital wallet. Six countries stand behind the collaboration: Norway, Denmark, Germany, Iceland, Italy and Latvia. Some of Europe’s foremost experts on digital identity and digital payments are part of the consortium. The pilot project will test digital payments, one of the core areas that the EU Commission has chosen for the digital wallet. With the wallet, it will be possible to make account-to-account payments both nationally and internationally. I work as an work package leader in the project, with special focus om partner management, coordination and communication.
