Riikka Lindroos-Järvitalo works in Kela’s IT innovation and growth unit as a development manager. She is responsible for looking the AI and data science projects through the business lens and wears the hat of a project manager when needed. She has a background in IT and has among other things worked as a product owner of Kela’s AI & RPA in customer service.
