Philippe Labrecque

Philippe Labrecque is a technologist and independent researcher. He studies the rise of data collectives and advocates for innovation in their organizational structures. This has prompted him to investigate democratic ownership and governance models such as cooperatives and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs). Philippe graduated from McGill University with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He also has professional experience in the data union space.
