Joe is a senior researcher at the ODI, and is the co-lead of the Participatory Data programme with the Aapti Institute. Joe’s research has primarily focused on data stewardship, including defining responsible data stewardship and exploring bottom up data trusts for climate action. Joe joined the ODI in 2020, and is also currently a trustee at We and AI, which focuses on raising public awareness about AI and its impacts.
