I am a long term practitioner and solutions architect in the CRM, marketing and data innovation spaces, and have worked across many sectors and geographies. In that guise I long since concluded that the relationship between individuals and the organisations they engage with would be much improved if people we able to much more effectively gather, curate and use their own data. I have worked to make that happen over many years both inside and outside of the MyData organisation. My particular focus at present in this regard lies in the application of the JLINC protocol which combines decentralised identity, advanced data management, personal software agents and machine/ human readable data sharing agreements. I support several organisations now emerging in and around that space.
