Bert obtained his law degree at the University Leuven in 2011, with a focus on economic and European law. He obtained a master degree in intellectual property rights at the University of Leuven (Campus Brussels, 2012) and a master degree in Business Law at the University of Antwerp (2015). Before joining CiTiP, Bert worked at a Belgian law firm, focusing on commercial law, IT contracts and privacy. At CiTiP, he is involved in the Data Spaces Support Centre.
