Ave Ungro is a development manager of Skills System at Estonian Qualifications Authority (SA Kutsekoda). Since 2017 she has been analyzing the needs for labour market and skills necessary for Estonia’s economic development. Today, Ave is mainly responsible for developing the career tools that help to join the educational and professional worlds better together and help policymakers to design inclusive education and labour market policies. Ave has also been contributor to the Data spaces for Skills project.
