Ticket Information
Two main ticket types: Business and Non-profit, public sector & Startups.
Attendees from startups, non-profit organisations, academia, and public sector are given a 50% discount.
About discounts and special tickets: (click + to see more info)
1. Certain types of tickets are only visible with a code, please enter the code you received by clicking “Have a code or gift card?”
2. To apply a discount, please enter the discount code by clicking “Have a code or gift card?” in the end of the page before clicking “Proceed”, then a discounted price will show.
3. Project partners (DSSC, DS4Skills), members of MyData local hubs and thematic groups are given 10% discount, please reach out to the person of contact at MyData Global or your hub/group leader.

- please contact your organisation’s admin to retrieve the discount code with 2 steps mentioned above.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
- If you cannot attend the event, you can request a name change and transfer your ticket to a friend by submitting the request to events@mydata.org before 20 May 2023.
- Cancellation made before 20 April 2023 will receive a full refund, only if the a cancellation notice is sent to events@mydata.org in time. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days.
- Cancellation made after 20 April 2023 is not refundable.
- Once a refund/cancellation process begins, it cannot be reversed.
